- Thursday the 9th of November – Year 1 DEN Day
- Thursday the 10th of November – Year 4 Hong Kong Park Trip
Dear Parents,
The weather has been wonderful for the children and staff on Year 4 camp this week. As Acting Principal, I have been all over the school enjoying being involved with the children and their learning.
Today, the orchestra is out at Kowloon Junior School participating in the ESF Orchestra Jam. Miss Hill has taken along those children who commit themselves to being a part of the school orchestra. It is a great opportunity to meet up with other ESF schools to play music together.
The Year 2 assembly was wonderful this morning and very well supported by the 2T and 2F parents. The children shared their Unit of Inquiry and showed how we celebrate different occasions around the world. The children clearly enjoy celebrating together and sharing their learning with the parents.
The school has been full of different activities throughout the week, which we regularly post through the LMT blog. It is worth looking at the variety of opportunities that we provide at QBS.
Finally, please see the link below for the Annual Report 2016-2017 which has been approved by the School Council.
Have a lovely weekend
