Quarry Bay School students proudly wear their uniforms. This is an expectation.
It is always pleasing to see the students so well presented in their uniform as it fosters an ethos of high standards in our school community.
Please remember the following:
QBS HATS: QBS school hats must be worn every day. There is a ‘no hat, no play’ policy. QBS hat is mandatory for outdoor play and learning.
BLACK SCHOOL SHOES: Black school shoes are worn with the uniform. Socks need to be visible and not hidden below ankles so it appears no socks are being worn at all.
PE KIT _ WHITE TRAINERS: White sports shoes/trainers (with no colour or trimmings) with white socks are required for PE.
QBS SCHOOL BAGS: QBS school bags are part of the uniform. The PTA shop has a range of fully biodegradable bags which have been made from recycled plastic bottles.
HAIR ACCESSORIES: At QBS, all hair accessories are to be either blue or black. Decorative dips, ribbons, and hair pieces are not part of the school uniform. This includes headbands.
– ‘Play tattoos’ should not be worn to school – please ensure they are removed.
– Wristbands from events (eg sporting events, amusement centres/parks) should not be worn to school as accessories – please ensure they are removed.
